The way I’ve done it is to overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North / Everett, just by the Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing Tour Center (and gift store), Booking the earliest tour, which departs from the tour center (I leave my car in the HGI parking lot).
