See above. Ignoring all the NH/JL/CX lounges.
According to loungebuddy, all the "TIAT Lounge" and "Sky Lounge" at HND only cost ¥1030. That's not even $10 USD.

And Priority Pass does have 5 lounges at NRT, 2 at KIX, 3 at NGO etc.
