I'm planning to take BA7 to HND in March. It's very likely that this will have to be in either economy or premium economy - work won't pay for anything better. Could anyone tell me what catering is provided on this flight in WT and in WT+ please? In particular how substantial is the 'breakfast' offering served before landing in both cabins?

After landing in HND, I would be connecting on to a JAL domestic flight - I have one option of a 90 minute layover and a second option which is a 2.5 hour layover. Could anyone tell me how easy it is to connect international -> domestic BA -> JL please? Would it be better to go for the later connection, or is 90 minutes sufficient?
