That's what I was told.

I was turned away at 2C Arrival Lounge arriving on AF Business Class. I filed a complaint and response was:
I do understand that you were travelling on AF, however, because of the ticket stock purchased by China Southern and it not being their ticket stock was the reason you were denied. Their policy is, if it is not their stock, even traveling on their aircraft, you would not be allowed access. I hope this helps, and gain [sic] I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your loyalty.
Perhaps they actually meant
marketing airline code when they said
ticket stock?
