We're a strange bunch here on FT. It's the perceived slant that annoys us as the foe (the airlines) strives to take advantage of us. If it was as bad as made out on here it wouldn't have lasted, and passengers would be making claims against the airlines for the pain and suffering caused. They're not 'cos it isn't, but never let facts get in the way of a good FT rant.
