Howdy!
Have an award ticket using DL miles SAN-LAX-ICN-HKG one way (SAN-LAX is DL F, LAX-ICN-HKG is KE J). Would like to switch to CI which seems available. There have been a couple of schedule changes, all less than an hour though. However, SAN-LAX was originally operated by Skywest, and now is on Compass. Is the whole itinerary eligible for a refund because one leg changed operating carriers?
