That worked! I went from Chrome to Explorer and the "right boxes" popped up. Thanks. I did have to use yet another email and invent a new phone number.
The other weird thing that happened is that there's an extra digit in my S&S account from what displays in my FR account. The FR people tell me I should be OK. Apparently FR uses only 12 digits and the S&S cards have 13 digits. Yeez, this stuff is harder than it should be!
