I wholly agree with this...as someone with food sensitivities, it is nice to get a full listing of the menu item to help with selection. As much as I keep being told that the FAs know what is in each item it seems to be hit or miss. If they want to go with app based menus that is fine with me and saves paper waste...but it needs to be consistent AND more complete.
