Mrs. MileKing recently stayed at Fontainebleau Hilton (Miami) during a conference where room rates were master-billed. (The hotel is pretty poor with horrendous service in Mrs. MileKing's view, but that's another matter entirely.) Some incidental charges billed to room. At checkout she received a bill for her incidental charges which she paid. Stay and night credit has posted, but no points even though the folio charge is reflected in our HHonors account. This doesn't seem to be correct given what others have posted. Are there any situations where points would not be received for incidentals charges paid for directly by the guest?
