That makes sense...but since traffic is (slightly) less of an issue on Saturdays (and much less on Sundays), I'd sooner take an alternate mode to get around, since the latter would be point 2 point anyway.

The aircon effect kinda depends where you are standing, or able to stand. Soothing to non-existent.

Outside rush hour I'm happy to use it on the Kota - Bloc M stretch, where there is some satisfaction to be gained in overtaking the cars and taxis.

One of the biggest downsides is access to (a number of) stations by a complicated stairs 'n bridge arrangement: it gets kinda whacky at interchange stations.
'tis what I alluded to above! Hence, Kopaja remains a worthy alternative.
