Theoretical question about privilege loss Gold to Silver

Imagine the following situation:

Persons P and F are both BA Gold. P books a one-way LHR-XXX with P's own 2-4-1 voucher for next year and duly installs P and F in 1A and 1C respectively and as such is the lead person on the booking. A few months before the flight comes round P sadly drops from Gold to Silver but importantly, F remains Gold and will indeed be Gold at the time of the flight.

Does anyone know what would happen in this situation? My understanding is that upon dropping from Gold to Silver P would be kicked out of 1A whereas F would remain in 1C. Importantly, since F was not the lead person on the booking and it was not F's 2-4-1 voucher which was used to make the booking, P would not have P's ability to sit in row 1 protected by F's Gold status.

I hope at least some of that makes sense.
