I'm impressed at the way the "conductors" manage their passengers and exercise an element of crowd control to maintain capacity downline.

The aircon effect kinda depends where you are standing, or able to stand. Soothing to non-existent.

Outside rush hour I'm happy to use it on the Kota - Bloc M stretch, where there is some satisfaction to be gained in overtaking the cars and taxis.

One of the biggest downsides is access to (a number of) stations by a complicated stairs 'n bridge arrangement: it gets kinda whacky at interchange stations.
