We should write to [MENTION=7965]HHonors[/MENTION]Representative explaining this behaviour is unbecoming of Hilton. Especially from a brand that is suppose to be held in high regards and isn’t suppose to be some low rent, rundown brand. It just does a real disservice to the Hilton brand, and to the elite levels.
