NWplatinum I feel your pain. We are good customers to HH and do not expect this from a corporation we funnel so much of our business too.

Additionally, I suspect you are like me and not wired to be rude, quite the opposite.

Sad as is is to say they prey on folks like us who choose not to be rude. They will not hang up, see other threads for details. The nicest thing we can do to caller and to ourselves is not say a word and just hang up and by all means do NOT accept talking to someone about your "special" offer. I learned the hard way also.
