I stayed there this September in the hotel for one night. I was not after a resort or "luxury",, I was simply wanting an SPG property along the Algarve, and for that it worked reasonably. But it seemed sort of disorganized with the respect to signage, etc. For example, one restaurant I was looking for had only one sign, at the top of the stairs going down, but when you got down to the bottom of the stairs there was only the other restaurant (mentioned at the top of the stairs). i had to back up to the lobby to have them explain to me that after i go down the stairs, I have to go past that that restaurant that's inside (which is only open for breakfast), and go out the door, and the other restaurant that I'm looking for will be outside. Huh? Having to go and ask for directions (multiple times) to the hotel's restaurants is "luxury"???

Why can't they have signs downstairs explaining which way to go to the other restaurant?
And, yes, they had given me a map of sorts, but the map didn't make clear what was on what level, and different things were on different levels, and you had to through multiple doors and around corners and so on, none of which was clear from a map showing the whole entire Pine Cliffs property.
