TSA is the federal agency which, among other things, operates airport security checkpoints.

Premer Access is a supposedly expedited access point to the TSA checkpoint. It is available to certain UA passengers. But, once you are at the checkpoint itself, you are treated the same as other passengers.

TSA Pre-Check is an entiely separate program which moves through a line estimated at 6-7x the speed of the standard line and involves fewer requirements, e.g., no need to remove shoes and the like.
