Personal Platinum - Called yesterday 10/10/18 and received an offer for 30K or $300 after 4K spend in 3 months.

This is my 3rd year with the card, I previously received a $200 credit (no spend requirements) in 2016. No offer made in 2017, the rep mentioned this was because I accepted the offer the previous year. My spend is ~8-10K/year.

I called the number on the first page a couple days ago and had to wait 10mins before I hung up (late afternoon). Called the same number in the morning and was able to speak to a rep in ~6mins of wait time.
