I will be in Cairo for 3 nights in early January, will need 2 rooms (we'll be 3 adults and 3 children).

Currently have bookings at both Marriott Cairo (at pre-merger rate of 20K per night) and Mena House (at pre-merger rate of 15K per night). Between those two, I'm leaning towards the Marriott based on location.

Besides that, I also have the option of booking Sheraton Cairo for 25K per night.

Which hotel would you all recommend (based on location, upgrades, lounge, etc.)? I'm PPE and plan on trying to use 3 SNAs on one of the rooms.
