Is this an award or cash ticket? Was it issued by SQ?
If this was issued by another airline, i doubt they’d be willing to help you.

Depends on your fare rules and SQ’s goodwill. AFAIK, Singapore doesn’t have specific laws against changing a ticket, so you’ll only have to worry about SQ.
