She was so great before but said she is getting slammed with so much other stuff and new Ambassador clients. Said it has been insane lately.
Yea, the biggest thing is so much went wrong and the poor folks who talk to customers are getting slammed with the requests. I'm just trying to lay low and stay in North America hotels where things are relatively easier to fix when something goes wrong.
