The UA MP card has Trip Cancellation protection. Suggest you start here:

Specifically page 5 of the PDF (or pages 12/13 of the guide).

Re Amazon card, I don't think the card has Trip Cancellation protection. Look here: https://www.chase.com/card-benefits/amazonsig/travel then select "Download" your guide to benefits. I could not find Trip Cancellation protection as a listed benefit.
