This was a first line agent. I've received a retention offer every year and always have accepted it (extra 5x TYP, etc). I've never had an offer like this and it was more of a "courtesy" per the agent rather than a retention offer, I guess. She made it clear there were no offers on the account. I put maybe $10-15k of spend on it in the past year.
