I am not sure if it is a technical glitch, but I have found standard rooms for sale but not for points iN shanghai, London and Johannesburg. Clearly the no blackout rule is not being adhered too either intentionally, by lack of knowkedge or technical aspects.
for a stay this month in Shanghai I found 30% of properties showing standard rooms to buy available but no point nights...
