Out of interest, are the domestic connections PHL-TPA in Economy or First on the different options? I have wondered whether that might be a factor in all this.
This is the MileSAAver availability on AA.com. Business class across from MAN and then domestic First from PHL-TPA. November 18th.
The PHL-TPA sector shown above is not available when selected on its own (i.e. without the transatlantic) in any cabin. The only direct flight available as a MileSAAver award is the late one and that's available in both cabins.
