I am flying JFK-SIN with a stop at CAN and then return. I checked the baggage allowance it seems extremely low, and while it looks the same as MU who I just flew it wasn't enforced? I am a Diamond Medallion with Delta so STE+. It says everyone extra First Class gets 1 bag of 5kg weight. That is ~16lb. My MBP weighs 4lb and that doesn't include the charger. I also have a the smallest size 'international' roller that no one has every questions.

I am in PE on the flights are they really enforcing these baggage rules?
