Might be an idea to contact the hotel and ask what those policies are.
If you don't get breakfast, there's a Starbucks across the street, and the Intermark building (housing the Doubletree) is across the main road via a covered bridge and walkway, and has loads of eating options, including a supermarket and food court in the basement level.
