Going there with some friends beginning of November. Do I need to be worried about tainted alcohol at all? I assume an international brand like Hyatt will have more protections than a more local resort, but not sure.

Was thinking of having one person stay drinking beer so they can round everyone up if the group gets poisoned, but I might be overreacting~
