Still waiting for my upgrade to Platinum. I was Platinum eligible as soon as I upgraded to Luxury, but still waiting on Marriott to do anything. As discussed earlier, Amex rep told be Marriott will take 12-16 weeks (!) to upgrade my status.
What a joke.
