I had a ticket on request fro JFK-AUH-CAI, I called after three days and was told it can take a few days. On the fifth day which was the original ticket by date, I called again and mentioned that it was the ticket by date on the original reservation. The agent agreed and decided to giver their partner liaison a call. The liaison removed the ticket from the "review queue" and two hours later it was issued.
