on the other hand, the lack of discussion may be driven primarily by many here dealing with either agent or management
management would likely want to hear from you or your agent re experience, even if you do not communicate further or stay
It's quite typical most folks here tend to post about unsatisfactory service while only post about positive experience when being solicited for feedback.
During the same time I was trying to book Ballyfin, I already booked Alpina Gstaad. The reservation agent cannot be more patient and helpful and the service I received was exemplary. This initial good impression convinced me to book the stay with them.
