Did you apply for the personal or the business first? If you look back a couple weeks, I believe I read a DP that when applying for business with ein, you don't have to worry about 8/65. But when applying for personal, you need to count the business app.
my timeline is something like this, for the most recent apps
Day -80 personal AA -
approved
Day -40a personal AA -
approved
Day -40b business AA (EIN) -
approved
Day 0 personal AA -
denied for MAC
*a and b above is just to denote that personal AA app is made first, before business AA (EIN) app. dont think it really matters in the grand scheme of things since both were on the same day
what you say could make sense in my case then
so basically, you can only do 3/65 if your third app is a business AA (EIN) app.
doesnt seem to work if the third app is a personal app.
