Saying that... that the Yumbo Center was like Bourbon Street on a Tuesday night - you know? The people that were there were ready to have fun, but we just couldn't accumulate a crowd large enough to hide our silly goings-on without being obvious... not sure if that helped....

Yikes, being from Chicago, I would imagine it would really have to be frigid to bother you. I had that heating problem in Budapest one year in January. I had to put my key in a slot when I entered the room, and the heat would not work without the key in the slot. I finally went and got another key so the room would stay warm. It seriously took several hours to warm it up, as it was about 15 degrees F with single pane windows. That was a year the Danube froze over.
