I asked about these when I checked in yesterday, THPS is toothpaste requested and USAT is USA Today newspaper requested. According to the manager I spoke with, there are "hundreds" of buttons that can be pressed in our profiles.
Then why doesn't Hyatt put all those buttons on our profile in the website, and let us select the ones we want?
