1. Use your office address. Your registered agent's address is not your office address. Every corporation has a registered agent and it would be rare for the RA to have a company's office address.
2. Tell the truth. That is the plain and simple rule of dealings with government agencies. If you visited Monaco and Switzerland, you should include them. If you did not visit the Netherlands, buit only transitted, then you did not visit.
