had this happen to me domestic cpu. i had a few hours to burn so i tried to call the 1k desk to fix it. their side they saw the known travellers number, then proceeded to just push the same boarding passes to my email. But nothing would show precheck. spent about an hour to no avail + counter. gave up and took my laptop out. if this happened on a tighter flight, it would have been frustrating not planning for it...
