Funny that you should have the same experience. I know Accor used to be a keen reader of FT, but lately I am not sure this is the case any longer. The absence of the
Accorhotels Concierge just further confirms my hunch. It is not good enough to say Accor are strong in Asia when they are trying to be truly global player but fail at dirty towels or uncleaned rooms.
