Unfortunately, my RUCs never cleared on the original itinerary, so I'm still in coach. I was holding off on making any changes because I was hoping to find flights with open space to use RUCs. I could then reroute to those flights and confirm the upgrade immediately.
Ahh, I misread and thought your RUCs had already cleared on the existing flights.
Either way, still a crappy Twitter response.
