Over the last several years we did several trips to africa. Youst my 2 cents without too much detail:

- The coast between Capetown and Gorge/Port Elizabeth is beautiful. Lots of very nice hotels, great food and wine. Easy to drive. Fly to CPT, spend 2 or 3 days there, rent a car and drive to George or PE and stay 2-4 nights on the way. Nice and relaxing.
- For seeing animals three chioces: go to one of the private reserves connected with Kruger (either drive from JNB, around 4-5 houts or fly). Dont stay in Kruger itself (not allowed to leave the roads and animals don't stay on roads).
- Or fly to Tansania or Kenya. Check where the aninals are (search for Great Migration) and stay there. You could do 2 lodges 2-3 nights each plus a night somewhere on the way.
Kruger can be very cold on southern winter (open vehicle at 5 am at almost freezing temperatures are not really fun)
The Seychelles are very nice, but since you have only 2 weeks I would spend more time in Africa and don't rush too much.
