I have sent two emails. Neither of them had replies. I will be phoning them shortly and I will report back.

Another note, my family member also made a transfer of 120,000 Marriott points to Aeroplan during the 35% bonus period and received the points in 2 weeks. However, did not receive the 35% bonus!
