OLCI for a flight tomorrow waitlisted with a GPU. At this point I was showing as 1 on the waitlist of 12. An hour later 9 pax behind me are upgraded and its only me and 3 non-revs (names present on standby list as well). Still listed as 1 above the non-revs.

Waitlisted supported GS &1Ks will clear before you regardless of when they check in (assuming you GPU came from a 1K)
If this CPU eligible route, all GS and 1Ks on YBM fares will also be ahead of you.
Also, the list you see is not used until the gate, so soon after checkin, it is the hidden list that is used
