I transfered during the AC 35% promotion and knock on wood, I received it within 2-3 days. But I feel like this could have been done better.

Transaction history is not dynamic (takes 1-2 days to show up the history whereas points are deducted instantaneously) and no confirmation e-mails. Worst of all, if you call Customer Service, they said the transaction didn't take place because they couldn't see the history as well!

It was slightly nerve-wrecking for a few days where points were deducted but no transaction history was showing on SPG/Marriott website nor were there any confirmation e-mails. I was silly enough not to take screenshots of the process but I feel like that shouldn't be necessary.
