One&Only vs. Six Senses - How do you think the brands compare?

Part Two to this brand comparison series pits One&Only against Six Senses. They are both ultra luxury resort groups, with 8 resorts (+7 coming soon) and 17 resorts (+8 coming soon), respectively. Six Senses also has 31 spas, many of which aren't part of a Six Senses resort. How do you think they compare in decor, design, service, amenities, location, and overall as a brand?

I've stayed at (in order from spectacular to still amazing but not as good) One&Only Reethi Rah, Palmilla, Wolgan Valley, Cape Town, and Hayman Island (currently closed after Cyclone Debbie and no longer a O&O hotel).

I've only stayed at two Six Senses resorts, Yao Noi and Samui.

I have been repeatedly blown away by One&Only. They go farther than any other brand, even Aman, to create a personalized and perfect experience for you. With the exception of Four Seasons Voavah, Reethi Rah is the best place to stay in the Maldives. It's jaw-droppingly beautiful and I constantly had a smile on my face. I really appreciate great hotel pools and O&O consistently blows me away. The only downsides are that Cape Town and Hayman Island lack the privacy and tranquility that the other properties excel in, but the service, accomodations, and experience are still top notch. On the other hand, I was impressed by Six Senses Yao Noi but was left underwhelmed by Samui. The transfer to Yao Noi was quite amazing (not quite the same luxury as the yacht transfer to O&O Reethi Rah, but your surroundings are beautiful). While the beach was underwhelming, the pools well made up for it (both the main pool and our private pool, we stayed in the Ocean Deluxe Pool Villa). Our butler was amazingly attentive and helpful in planning activities each day and was prompt when it came to delivering drinks and snacks poolside. Samui was definitely not as great as Yao Noi. The rooms weren't as nice, the environment wasn't as lush, and the service was less attentive. That being said, the pool was once again near-perfect.

In my mind, O&O is a better brand, but I'd like to hear what you have to say.

Also, if anyone can comment on Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain just outside Chengdu, China, that would be much appreciated. I'm looking to take a trip there within the next year with my fiancé, but I'd love to see what those who have been say.
