Same problem here - transferred points to BAEC on September 10 and they have not arrived yet. Called them several times, they told me they have been sending emails to "transfer team" but have not heard back from them. They also told that it should not take more than 48 hours; well, they are beyond that by factor 10 now. Any way to escalate that?
