My bag didn’t make it onto my DTW-AMS a flight yesterday. I filed a claim upon landing. It arrived at 5:20 AM in AMS this morning on DL132. Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes KLM to deliver the bagage? When I called the baggage office the rep wasn’t even sure if it would be delivered today as it “takes lots of time to process things.”

I’m staying in Amsterdam about 20 minutes from the airport if that makes a difference.
