Hi everyone- so during the Hong Kong Biz Class sale, I was able to purchase a few tickets but I reslized with all the layovers- I don’t even get to spend a night in SGN - and instead land, sleep for 3 hours, and head back home. Whoops.
HK Air doesn’t want to help since I booked it ion Expedia when I plead my case, and Expedia says they have no clue how to change a Hong Kong Airlines ticket.
Does anyone have any experience with them IF we take the first leg of the trip? Can I change the last leg of the trip with a customer service agent or an airport ticketing to a better date?
Help or guidance greatly appreciated. Thank you.
