I’ve already cancelled the tickets, so I guess it’s just going to be no refund. I was hoping maybe someone here had better news, but it seems like it’s just the way it is. It’s not the end of the world, but it is definitely something I will keep in mind for next time. And a heads up for people here who may not have been aware. I did kind of laugh when it said I would have a response within 28 days. Really?!! Thanks all!
