Yeah, I was being charitable. The service in the Bistro was pretty poor. They said I could use the drink coupon, took it, the wine never came. After a long wait for the dinner, I reminded them about the wine. And then when the bill came they tried to charge me because they had misplaced the coupon. But they took it off my bill. It seemed like they were disorganized.
