I stayed last month, no sign of any drinks vouchers although they did upgrade me to one of the end of corridor suites.

Plenty of rugrats, although my timings kept me out of their way!

Food was good again, although the Eastern European staff in the restaurant were a little insincere and not that efficient this time. Several complaints about delays in getting food and one from the neighbouring table who sent a steak back as inedible.

My only gripe (apart from not getting any drinks vouchers) was 10 minutes after leaving my phone flashed up an alert for a charge of £3.95 to my card. When I checked later in the day it showed as an authorisation. Several days later it was billed to my card, so I called them and was told it was for a large bottle of water in the room.
I told them that apart from the two small free bottles, there wasn’t anything else in the room. It took best part of a week to refund to my card.

No signs of any major changes since the change in management company setup, other than the prevelance of the seemingly inexperienced Eastern European staff.
Possibly renovated bathroom, but nothing major.
