As I recall the paper form had the word "food" but APC did not. I think I last used APC about 7 months ago and don't recall seeing "food". I preferred the version without "food" as I did not have to declare things like snacks whereas with that wording you have to declare anything edible and then run the risk of getting sent for further inspection. So far though most seem to report being waved through including my experience at YVR last week.
