Hello, I'm nuts... and "an idiot". Perhaps you can enlighten me as to how I can easily get to the east coast of the US with QR? Clearly I don't understand these basic issues well enough to be able to answer the question.
Also, as a follow up, domestic and short haul flights - how can I book QR for those?
